Since its establishment in 2002, Anzchem has earned a strong reputation for technical expertise, dependable service and long‑standing customer partnerships.

Today, that legacy continues as Biotexia ANZ. Bringing together the combined strengths of Anzchem, ABbiotek Health and Fytexia, we represent a single global organisation united by science, innovation and partnership. Our expanded capabilities now give customers access to the broad product portfolio they have always expected from Anzchem, strengthened by science‑backed natural ingredients, advanced functional excipients, drug‑delivery technologies and the full Biotexia range.

As the regional distribution business, we continue to provide streamlined access to leading global partners and research‑driven ingredients. Our scientific and technical expertise helps customers overcome formulation challenges and bring high‑quality, effective products to market. Our HACCP certification underscores our commitment to quality, safety and operational excellence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Biotexia ANZ a new company?

Biotexia ANZ is our trading (go-to-market) name. Our legal entity name (Anzchem) is not changing.

Do my existing contracts or agreements change?

No. Any agreements you hold with our historical legal entities remain valid and unchanged.

Will purchase orders (POs) and invoices change?

Our ordering and invoicing processes remain the same. Where required, invoices will continue to reference the relevant legal entity. You may also see the Biotexia ANZ trading name used on communications during the transition.

Are the GST and ABN numbers changing?

No. GST and ABN numbers will remain the same.

Are your bank details changing?

No. Our bank account details remain unchanged.

How will you notify customers about any payment detail changes?

As a precaution against fraud, we will not request bank detail changes by informal email. If you ever receive a request to change payment details, please verify it using your usual contact details before making any update.

Are product names, SKUs or item codes changing?

No. Product names, SKUs and item codes remain the same unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.

Will product quality, compliance or certifications change?

No. Our quality systems, certifications and regulatory responsibilities remain the same.

Why am I still seeing the old branding?

As we transition to Biotexia ANZ, you may see previous branding on documents and materials including specifications, labels, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and SDS/MSDS. We are updating everything as quickly as possible.

What are your new websites?

Our primary website is biotexia.com.au. For our Global Business (Fytexia & ABbiotek), the website is biotexia.com.

Are email addresses changing?

Yes. Over time, our email addresses will move to the new Biotexia domains. We will ensure continuity during the transition.

Does this change how you handle personal data?
